Hey, I used to live in your state!! I’ve always wondered what it would be like to foster there. I’ve always heard that my county has a lot of resources and so offers a great Dept of Family Services, but it’s so hard to know when they are the ones telling you that. :). Great to see that Anoka County and my county both send out letters of appreciation.
